The only email anti Phishing Chrome extension. Detects and alerts the user to email Phishing attacks via a traffic light warning system.
PhishDefence for Chrome works automatically on any Gmail account. Alerts you to the presence of suspected Phishing emails and indicates the level of suspicion. Just click "Add to Chrome," then visit your Gmail account. Notice now that you now have Green, Amber or Red warnings depending on the email and how deceptive it is judged to be. Left click the PhishDefence browser icon to see sliding scale of threat and why it views that email as a threat.
Red warning - heavily indicated to be a Phishing email and we recommend no clicking of links or attachments.
Amber warning - be cautious. Email shows some signs of Phishing. Use your common sense before clicking links or downloading attachments.
Green warning - Shows no signs of Phishing. However nothing is 100%. Be careful clicking links and never give any personal details having clicked a link from an email.
PhishDefence does not save or collect any data from your emails. None of your personal data will leave your system.
