Readefine simplifies the language on the internet. This helps you read faster, understand more, and stay interested as you read online.
When Readefine simplifies a word or phrase, it shows you an underline on any changed text and a tooltip to show you the original text. Readefine also has a special learning mode, which allows you to see the original text and uncover a simpler synonym by hovering over the original text.
You can also add your own words and phrases to Readefine, which allows you to Readefine what you want.
Readefine also has optional community dictionaries. These dictionaries can be created by anyone and (if the creator permits) edited by anyone. Community dictionaries are particularly useful for language learners (e.g. Readefine will reword certain words to other languages, which can help you learn a new language) or people who want to Readefine a particular domain, such as Business or Law.
