This application allows gifs to be used for CHROMEBOOK AND CHROMEOS backgrounds. This ONLY works on chromeOS and chromebooks. Seriously, don't leave a negative review because it won't work on windows.
1. Get your GIF.
2. Explode said GIF. A site like http://gifmaker.me/exploder/ works wonders!
3. Extract the zip from that site, or place all the frames in a single folder.
4. Select the folder in the APP.
5. Close the APP.
6. Now it should begin playing! Enjoy.
