The Spoka Meet Chrome Extension lets guests to choose what type of meeting they want and schedule the meeting directly from a calendar or e-mail of their choice.
Spoka Meet offers two types of meetings:
•Meeting without Security Code: a public meeting that can be joined through personal meeting room or instantly
•Meeting with Security Code: a one-time meeting with a non-customizable security code, making it secure and private.
All meeting URL and information is sent from a Google Calendar or another integrated calendar invitation and via Gmail or another integrated e-mail provider. With a single click from their invitation, guests can join the meeting and begin their Spoka Meet experience.
