Vacation rental owners and managers list their properties on many different listing sites (such as VRBO, Airbnb and TripAdvisor). These listing sites provide advertising, messaging, reviews and many other features that are vital to the business workflow of managing vacation rentals.
However, their features are often lacking. As an example, guests can post reviews for a vacation rental, but the owner or manager has no way to quickly extract that information to use on their personal website or other advertising channels.
This extension is a lab project, created by the OwnerRez.com dev team, to provide additional functionality around the features on the major listing sites.
The first tool in the toolbox is an export screen that allows TripAdvisor reviews to be exported in common Excel format including background data like the guest's location, avatar or the owner response. You must be logged into TripAdvisor control panel (the vacation rentals portal) first. Then click this extensions "options" and follow the screen.
