No more calculating averages all day long! Now you can have clean, integrated estimates built right into the Earnings page.

-- Adds estimated number of referrals and referral commission to your referral table.
-- Moves the 'Report' link for comments and threads to the opposite side of the comment / thread box. No more accidental comment reports!
