Host PDF Online Using LinkToFill - PDFfiller

The PDFfiller Google Chrome extension enables you to host PDF documents online using LinkToFill, a powerful multi-optional tool specially designed for sharing PDF documents. Save time by eliminating the need to download attachments, save and search for files, or upload documents to your account!

Simply click the “Fill” button when it appears on an email attachment or online, and a fillable version of the PDF will instantly open in the PDFfiller editor ready for you to edit and share via LinkToFill.

To use PDFfiller Chrome Extension in Gmail, navigate to a PDF attachment, and click the fill button.
Use PDFfiller to edit your document and share via LinkToFill, email, or SMS. Or, search for a document you need and an orange fill button will appear next to any PDFs in the results. You can even add a PDF directly from a website. Just click the orange fill button and the linked PDF will open in PDFfiller.

Try our powerful document editing tools first. When you’ve finished editing a document, click “Done”, then select “LinkToFill”. You can also select a document in “My Documents”, then select “LinkToFill” on the right. LinkToFill documents can be shared via URL, QR code, or by embedding a graphical link via HTML.

If you’d like to use a graphical link to the document, customize your link’s text, choose a link style, choose link colors by clicking the colored squares, and add or remove the document icon. If you use the button style link, you can also choose a large or small button.

For all link types, set your document permissions to full access to enable all PDFfiller editing tools, or signature only to limit editing options to signature and date.

You can also require an email address and name from each person who submits a document, and can opt to be notified via email whenever a filled document is submitted.

When you’re ready to post your document, set the status to active, and use the code or URL at the bottom of the page to post the document where desired. You may also use the “test" button to check your document.
When you post your document link, anyone who clicks it will be taken directly to your document in the PDFfiller editor, where they can easily fill and sign, then submit and download a copy of the document with just a few clicks.

You’ll receive an email notification for each submission if enabled for that document, and you can also view filled forms by navigating to the “Sent [and History]” folder in “MyDocuments”, opening the “LinkToFill” folder, selecting the document, and clicking “Filled Forms”. Modify your document’s settings anytime by selecting it in the “LinkToFill” folder, then clicking “Settings”.
