Paint.NET - The Paint.NET graphics editor has a well-thought-out interface and significant functionality compared to the standard MS Paint editor from the Windows package. A similar functionality has perhaps that Adobe PhotoShop. Paint.NET was created by students of Washington State University (Washington State University) under the strict guidance of Microsoft experts.
