TLや、ツイートの要素に干渉してボタンを追加するのでそのボタンを押してもらうことによって設定ページを開きます。
注意:完全にクライアントサイドのPCのみで動作しているのでChromeのアプリケーションが動いていない、PCの電源が落ちている、インターネットに接続していない、などの場合Retweetされないことがあります。
