Simple Translator ou ST pour les intimes ;) est un outil qui aide à la traduction de textes dans les pages web en s’appuyant sur le site www.translate.google.com. Aujourd’hui cet outil est seulement sous la forme d’une extension ou plugin Google Chrome™.
Oui mais comment ça fonctionne ?
« Complexity kills » comprenez « la complicité tue » donc le principe de fonctionnement est super simple : Il suffit de sélectionner le texte, faire un clic droit et choisir la langue de traduction. Un onglet s’ouvre alors sur le site www.translate.google.com avec toutes les informations déjà remplies. Si un onglet avec le site de Google Translate™ existe déjà dans la fenêtre courante, ST le réutilise afin d’éviter l’ouverture conséquente de nouveaux onglets.
