When loading the Twitter home page, checks a data property on the "Sparkle" button at the top of the timeline to try and check if we're on "Top Tweets" instead of Latest. Will then attempt to open the menu and click the link to go back to Latest.
Limitations:
Only runs on actual page-loads, so doesn't kick in if you somehow get changed to "Top Tweets" while navigating around twitter.com.
Only works locally, not across devices.
