This is lightweight but powerful click to dial extension for omni-channel cloud based Daktela Contact Center.
It is simple to use following this three step process:
*) Select any phone number on the webpage
*) Right click with mouse
*) Click to Dial ….
Your IP phone will ring automatically, auto-answers and connects with the requested phone number. All contact center functionality like call statistics or call recordings will be preserved.
This plugin requires Daktela version 6 or higher.
