SBK DIALER is a chrome extension that has different desktop phone control functions.
Users must have a phone attached to the system since this extension does not replace a physical or software based phone.
SBK Dialer is also the platform used for various cloud integrations (CRM, Helpdesk etc..)
Users can:
1- Place a call, receive an incoming call or transfer an active call to another destination
2- The application will detect phone numbers on opened website pages so user can click to call using their selected phone
3- Application allows various Cloud integrations. Current version supports SALESFORCE integration to log incoming calls on customer account and open account details on user screen.
