Use Nifty Shift to download your weekly work schedule off zed. If you're on a mac, you can just double click on the downloaded file and it will add the shift times to your iCalendar. If you're on a windows and don't use outlook, you can go to google calendar and upload the downloaded file and it will add shifts to your calendar there. Bug fixes in 0.4: fixed popover shift issues
