Description

Infinix has launched a slew of affordable phones in the past few months, packing features such as triple rear cameras in models that cost as little as Rs. 6,999. The company's latest offering, the Infinix Hot 8, is no different. It has a fresh gradient design on its rear panel and borrows from its siblings elements such as triple rear cameras, an entry-level MediaTek processor, and a large battery. Is that strategy enough to make the Infinix Hot 8 a phone we can recommend, especially over well-received options from Realme and Xiaomi? We review the Infinix Hot 8 to find out.

Infinix Hot 8 Summary
The Infinix Hot 8 is a low-cost phone that doesn't stand out much in terms of looks. It has a nice gradient on the rear panel but the plastic used doesn't feel very solid. It's realtively compact and light despite packing in a 5000mAh battery. You get a 6.52-inch HD+ screen, and it's actually quite good for a budget phone. The octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 isn't very powerful and heavy games won't even load. There's only one configuration with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The custom software does seem to include some unnecessary bloat. There's a 13-megapixel main rear camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor plus a dedicated low-light sensor. Photos look just about okay, but there's lots of noise in low light. Battery life is good enough to get you through a full day of use.

What has inspired us?

Extore is a team of professionals who are passionate about creating extensions for web browsers. This devotion also gives us opportunity to appreciate work of other people. We get inspired by useful, open source extensions made by developers all over the world. Our strong belief is that one should share helpful add-ons with others. That’s why we’d like to present you our ever-growing list of favourite extensions that have inspired us. Moreover, as you probably have already learned, sometimes struggling for the best brings an end to the good. Talking about add-ons it often turns out that an upgrade is worse then previous version. Also it can become really tricky to get back to the beloved version of your favourite extension. That’s why we’re going to make not only the latest, but all versions of our favourite (and we hope yours too) add-ons available for download. No more compromises, just stick to the version you really like!
